Mission: Companion services for the Elderly and individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury in Auburn, Syracuse and surrounding areas.
Services:
Elderly Services - Companion care includes a free assessment of ones needs, respite care if needed, and help with non-medical tasks such as: light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, oversee hygiene, reminders to take medication, escort to appointments including transportation.
Traumatic Brain Injury Services - Home and community based services Medicaid waiver for individuals with TBI (HCBS/TBI). We provide care for individuals with other types of disabilities on a private pay basis. Other services include: service coordination, respite care, home & community support services, independent living skills training, community integration counseling, intensive behavioral program, transportation, and a social recreation program.
Hours: Full-time care including 24 hour live-in service if needed, as well as part-time care with a minimum of 4 hours per day.
