Donald Grillo - Scout Executive

Mission: Objectives of scouting are character development, citizenship training, and all around fitness (physical, mental & spiritual).

Services: Community organizations utilize the scouting program by sponsoring Cub Packs, Scout Troops, and Learning For Life Groups.

The Tiger Cub Program - a family program introduction to Cub Scouting. Tiger Cubs, BSA is for boys in the 1st grade and an adult partner. The Tiger Cub and adult meet weekly in the home using the “Big ideas” activities for the group.

Cub Scouting - developmental home and family centered program for boys in the 2nd through 5th grade, meeting weekly in den groups, and monthly as a Pack.

The Boy Scout Program - for boys ages 11 - 18 with focus on Camping, and outdoor programs, developing leadership skills, learning about careers through the Merit Badge Program. Boys meet for weekly Troop meetings and various overnight camping experiences throughout the year.

Learning For Life - a Co-ed career/hobby oriented program for 14 - 20 year olds, to explore adult-like roles and career opportunities.

Other Services - A year round camping facility is maintained at Camp Rotary on the East Side of Owasco Lake with a Scout camping program in the summer. Many inter-unit activities and events are conducted throughout the year. Training opportunities are available to all volunteer Scout Leaders.

Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. (Scout shop Trading Post and Boy Scout office).
